name 10 things: I started collecting 10 things I do off/away from my phone over a week to help me stay mindful of time spent away from small devices. This branched off into the idea of "naming 10 things" generally. (If a theme isn't identified at the top of a post, it's probably covering 10 things I did to get off social media.)
