'stormin' on shapes
for leaflet canvas
I'm thinking an awesome canvas enhancement could be, along with the drawing tool, a tool for adding shapes!
They could basically be svgs where you can set the outer stroke (one of the three widths same as drawing) + the inner fill (via paint bucket)
And could be ~two main categories:
custom fun shapes
extras we add for vibes, that could be good as backgrounds
basic shapes
defaults people expect: square, rectangle, circle, star, arrow, etc.
(idk if we'd want outline only or if slightly more complex shapes would be fair game too lol)
[could also do no stroke just fill idk]
these could be fun b/c we could periodically add a couple new ones & then promote canvas all over again
…could def start simple though, constraints are good :)
major use case I think is shapes as backgrounds for text
………and other block types!
