The rain stops as you make contact with a remarkably dry shoe.

The owner of the shoe bends down, and then a very nice hand is picking you up.
It's a warm, calloused hand with long, elegant fingers. It's also pleasantly dry, and you can almost ignore the little bump of a ring that's disrupting your comfortable stay.
Did you mention that the hand is warm and dry?

The young man gives you a sly, dimpled smile and brings you closer towards his chest, away from the little streams of rain and the thudding of raindrops crashing onto his oil-paper umbrella.
