This morning, I've started a trip to Ostend (Oostende, Belgium) for next weekend's https://oostendevooranker.be, every year the largest maritime festival on the Belgian coast.
Sailing up the river Scheldt to Ghent, via Beernem on the canal to Bruges and ETA Ostend next Wednesday.
Last sailing season I shared some stories on Bluesky and I've found that platform somewhat limiting for expanded travel journeys. Feel free to revisit those threads here and here.
Bsky defaults to sorting by 'most popular' and while visitors can tick the menu to sort chronologically, in a web browser that gets reset on every new bsky page. For example, in the second thread I made subthreads by day. It's so much easier to read journey threads chronologically, right.
