So far, I absolutely think fanfiction would work as well. The goal is erotica in general, whatever that may look like for you.
The only thing we'd wanna steer away from is the typical "it's against tos" stuff, like no minors, etc.

Not gonna lie, what I really really want is a Previous/Next post button or link. Out of these poll options would be image galleries or tables (although I actually don't care for either). I also always think polls are fun when you can use them as quizzes too (like there's only one right answer with an explanation option). Happy to see this update though!
Came to the comments to say basically this! Depending on how it's implemented I figure tables or galleries could help accomplish this. loved reading this post but especially this part here as it puts into words why i love it. i'm one of those ao3 commenters who love leaving the essay length comments but in order to do those i always split my laptop screen and type up as i go quoting the doc. this is really a game changer imo!

Thanks so much for sharing all these thoughts! We're definitely thinking a lot about tagging and expressivity (soon will add subpage support in publications, and want to experiment w/ tags too).
Glad to hear having comments in the side panel, easier to read alongside the main text, is helpful :) Love the ideas re: better ways to browse comments too. And planning to add basic comment moderation (e.g. creator can hide comments). Thinking about collab publications and writer profiles too!

I wanted to test the comment feature and I was reading the fic and then I realized that I've read it before and that it must be one of your fics from a couple years ago. I still love it so much. The pain and ache and unknown. The names!! *sobbing*

I'm sad the feature where quotes appear alongside the fic doesn't seem to work quite yet. I tested it myself earlier and also didn't see the quote but was unsure if it was because I quoted myself lolLoading more comments...
