Rosie O'Donnell Thanks Trump, Has a Kid Who's Smarter Than Her & 3-Year-Old Leona Sings Let It Go

Rosie O’Donnell returns for night two of guest hosting and talks about Trump bringing her back into the spotlight, her crush on Broadway actor Sydney James Harcourt from “Cats: The Jellicle Ball,” a new professional women’s baseball league called the WPBL, Trump waking up bright and early to name the Strait of Hormuz as a U.S. Territory, her 13-year-old Clay being diagnosed with Autism at a young age, and an adorable 3-year-old girl named Leona performs "Let It Go" ...

Doctors, Medical Associations Already Giving A Giant Middle Finger To Trump’s Vaccine EO

As expected, this didn't take very long. Earlier this week we pointed out that Donald Trump supplanted RFK Jr. as the world's most infamous anti-vaxxer when he vomited out a bonkers executive order that reduced the recommended childhood vaccination schedule for American children, pared down which diseases were recommended for vaccination, and demanded that the...

#oneaday Day 795: Titties - deal with them

There's been Discourse happening today! Specifically on that strange intersection between the "cosy" and "wholesome" spaces, and weird misogynistic, sexphobic, neo-Puritanical behaviour. Much has been written by people much smarter than me about how the "cosy" and "wholesome" spaces are actually not all that wholesome at all -- and in fact can harbour some of...

#oneaday Day 787: Friendfreeslop

I read an interesting piece earlier on the phenomenon of "friendslop". This is a term I'm not overly fond of, but it serves a purpose as there appears to be a somewhat amorphous if commonly agreed sort-of definition. The piece explores how despite appearances, "friendslop" is something that continues to drive a bit of a...

#oneaday Day 778: That feeling you should be doing something

I'm having one of those days where my brain feels restless, where it feels like I "should" be doing something, but as far as I am aware, I have no commitments this weekend whatsoever, so I should just be taking the time to relax, enjoy myself and mentally prepare for the week ahead. (There's nothing...

My 25 years of being Autistic

It's officially April, meaning its Autism Acceptance month. I know I titled the blog my autistic rambles and everything, but I feel like I'm still figuring out my autism. I masked myself for about 20 years of my life and only recently coming to full terms with many things. All my tics and emotions I would spend so long hiding because I knew they weren't acceptable in public. I feel like I'm constantly learning new things about myself and finding who I am. So, I decided to dedicate a post about what my journey with autism has been and how I'm still coming to terms with it all.

Growing Up As An Undiagnosed Autistic Person

This post is about living with autism, growing up queer, making improvements to make life easier, and building self-confidence in doing so. Reading other people’s writing on the topics helped me figure out a lot of stuff in my life, so I hope this post might help others do the same.
