A blog post arguing that decentralized teams' real problem isn't messaging overhead but the lack of shared truth, and that Statmeet tackles this with workflows, embedded AI agents acting as neutral witnesses, and delegatable dynamic voting.
Working with AI in a hybrid fashion (against the grain of Bluesky's anti-AI bias) just helped me see clearly that both minds and groups atrophy without friction, which is exactly why I'm building tools for action instead of doom-scrolling apathy.
