The shortest month of the year is now ending, which means that two months of 2026 are already gone! February was quite a busy month for me, and it feels like I never had time to fully stop and rest. Let's take a look.
Recently in January '26
January went in a blur: it feels like 2026 has just begun, and yet the first month is already gone. It reminds me of what my parents always say: the time goes by very fast, and it gets worse with age. Maybe I'm sort of getting to the point where I start noticing it more and more.
Year in Review '25
December has been a somewhat calmer month, which maybe is a good way to end such an eventful year. At the risk of repeating myself, I would say that 2025 has been a year full of change, new challenges and adventures. I am, generally, quite happy with how this year has developed: from moving to a new apartment, to getting a new job, to traveling.

November is now behind us, and there's only one month left in 2025. This year has been going by much faster than I first anticipated, and it has been full of things happening - should I call them events? Maybe that's what adult life is all about, but, for now, let's focus on the past month.

One more month has passed, and June is now away from us. We've officially entered the last half of the year, at least when it comes to counting months. It was quite a busy month, with travel, new job, events, and the heat! Let's take a look.

May has now come to an end. We started seeing the first signs of summer, warmth and, at the same time, some rain, to keep us refreshed. It was an unusually calm month in my life, I would say. However, I have the feeling that it is the calm before the storm.

April was a fantastic month. Spring is now on full swing, the trees and flowers are in full blossom, and the weather is warming up - perhaps a bit too much. It was also a month of travel, my second intercontinental trip ever. Let's take a look!

January is coming to an end, meaning that around 8% of 2025 has already passed. It felt like a slower month, definitely slower than the previous months in the sense that there was nothing big happening. However, the things that happened, I'm very glad with.
Year in Review '24
December is coming to an end, and with it so is 2024. It was a year full of change, challenges and adventures. I managed to tick off quite a few items from my impossible list, achieve fluency in Dutch, and start a new job. All of this things, combined, made it a positively challenging year.

Year in Review '23
December is coming to an end, and with it so is 2023. In general, it's been quite an incredible year, marking my first year post-university, which always brings a lot of changes to one's life. With the end of this month, I am writing one more retrospective about the events that have happened in my life during the past month. I am still on the fence whether or not I am writing a "year in review". I will likely do a post for music and one for movies and TV shows with some stats. November has been a pretty intensive month in many different regards: from my parents visiting The Netherlands for the first time, to my partner and I moving in together to a new apartment. Besides, we're getting closer and closer to the end of the year, which means there are some cosy events I am looking forward to ๐๐ท.
