is there any plan or thinking around moderation labels including a "reason" or rule broken? ...giving other apps the flexibility to benefit from some of bsky's moderation without having entirely the same ruleset.

for apps that make "bluesky views" or just another client. do they implicitly follow the same moderation labels that bsky.app does? or does the fact of it being a separate client give it the flexibility to allow bsky banned content to persist on their client?
