100% agree, if we want more non-tech types to embrace the Atmosphere. At present, I notice that the majority of Atmosphere blogs out there are geared toward developers and other tech-types. Which is fine for now, of course! But I'm hoping that more people also start blogging about other interests as well. 🤞🏽

Thanks for the insightful post. I also like comments, but only if they're volunteered and not pressured, and also if they're not those hijacking discussion threads for self-promo etc. 

With the new Bluesky update of people being able to hide straight reposts, hopefully more people will do quote-posts instead. 

Also, currently have 12.2k followers on Instagram, 3.4 followers on Threads.

Hi Crystal! I have the most followers on Bluesky (66.4k) and 5.5k on Facebook. I don't attribute as much importance to number of followers these days because of how algorithms work (or don't work) on various platforms, and also because I can't tell how many of my followers are real people and how many are spammers or bots.

So many good points. I'm someone who still has a presence on Substack (and was a Featured Substack a couple years ago) but no longer posts there, am starting to embrace 
@leaflet.pub and 
@pckt.blog as I experiment with different ways of using ATmosphere blogs.

Wanted to add one note, though: one of many reasons I left Substack - I got tired of being constantly pressured to monetize. While I may monetize some of my content someday, one reason I am SO enjoying blogging again is because I'm not feeling the pressure to monetize on either Leaflet or Pckt. I know Leaflet has plans but have also begged the developers to have an option (and I said I'd be happy to continue paying a subscription fee) NOT to monetize.

I like the idea of those colourful "jars" for habit-tracking! I did try habit-tracking in my bullet journal but could never consistently keep it up. I love your method, though!

Like you, I really enjoyed blogging early on, and I miss those days. And I do the same as you -- creating separate pubs/channels for different topics, making it easier for those pick and choose only topics they're interested in. Like you, I used to store info on Evernote but am now using Obsidian for my PKM system. Looking forward to reading more of your Untethered Ideas.
