I still struggle with this honestly, and altho I am in my early-ish 20's I feel that knowing how to set (and respect your own!) healthy boundaries is one of the most important yet difficult "people" skills to learn. Boundaries are also highly personal and frankly always evolve. I've heard a lot of opinions and thoughts from all across the spectrum (from totally closed off to no boundaries, and nearly everything in-between) and there's no one-size-fits-all answer. It's also something people really don't like talking about, so I honestly really appreciate u writing ur thoughts out here about your personal experience with your boundaries <33
