Related to this thinking (although maybe somewhat of a tangent) is Yochai Bencher's Coase's Penguin, or, Linux and the Nature of the Firm. It's an essay that builds off of Coase's theory of transaction costs to point out how differently commons-based peer-production networks operate compared to markets or firms.

I had been getting too stuck on folder structure, so learning to rely more on links between notes for organization has been helpful. [All you need is links](https://newsletter.squishy.computer/p/all-you-need-is-links)
I also have a hard time posting *blogs* since those feel like they need to be a finished product. Andy Matuschak's [Evergreen Notes](https://notes.andymatuschak.org/z5E5QawiXCMbtNtupvxeoEX) are a great alternative to that feeling of finality!
